Research
I am a seasoned professional with 20+ years of experience leading multi-functional, distributed, and international engineering and research projects. I have led product and project teams through all phases of development: conceptualization and definition; requirements and scope definition; planning and implementation; design and construction, delivery, and customer sign-off. I am experienced in managing competing resources and conflicting priorities as well as teams that are culturally diverse, geographically distributed, and cross-discipline. Effective and dynamic communication skills; confident and competent interfacing with marketing, regulatory, R&D, quality, reliability, operations and the executive team. My peers and supervisors have always viewed me as an encouraging and driven leader who cultivates high performing teams through fostering collaboration, mentoring and coaching, and promoting knowledge sharing within and across organizational boundaries.
