Amy Bender is a member of the Experimental Cosmology Group at Argonne National Laboratory. Her research focuses on understanding the fundemental physics of the universe through measurements of the cosmic microwave background (CMB). Bender's interests span from novel instrumentation for making CMB measurements to techniques for analysis of these unique datasets. She is currently an active member of both the South Pole Telescope (SPT) and Cosmic Microwave Background Stage 4 (CMB-S4) collaborations.
