Alumni: Reid Sherman, 2011 Ph.D., University of Chicago, 2011 GCIS Team Lead, GlobalChange.gov Webpage As GCIS Team Lead, Reid Sherman supports the ongoing development of the Global Change Information System, which documents and provides provenance for the information used in climate assessments. Prior to joining USGCRP, Reid was an AAAS Science and Technology Policy Fellow in the NASA Earth Science Division where he guided coordination of Earth observation data policy and engaged with stakeholders inside and outside the government. He has also been a Client Integration Engineer with Conversant Media, a Christine Mirzayan Science and Technology Policy Fellow for the Committee on Science, Engineering, and Public Policy with The National Academies, and a Postdoctoral Scholar in the Astronomy and Astrophysics Department at the University of Chicago.
