Louis R. Henrich graduated from Harvard University Magna Cum Laude and received his Ph.D. in Astro-Physics from the University of Chicago. He was employed at the Yerkes Observatory in Lake Geneva, Wis., and later at the Radiation Laboratory in Berkeley and Livermore. After retiring, he worked for a time in Alaska.
