CARMA Cookbook
There really are three documents I use, the two versions of the cookbook,

and also the userguide_US.pdf linked here. For learning MIRIAD I found A. Bolatto's example script useful as well as the SgrA example in the cookbook. Also check out thea version based on it SgrA_script. A script that analyses SZA data is here szcm09Cal.csh or here szcm09cal.
