The Orion Nebula is in the sword of Orion the Hunter.

Can you see the hunter's belt and sword in this photo of Orion?

Three bright stars represent Orion's belt.

Hanging from his belt is a sword.

Do you see a reddish glowing nebula in Orion's sword? This is M42, a nebula containing four bright stars called the Trapezium.
